New Year, New Me This year 2023 is an opportunity for youth to explore team-building exercises for their spirit, mind, and body. The youth have an outlet to join the FPS specialists in person here at the Tameka Gym! We will embark on a Flex Fitness journey to help our youth stay fit and combat unhealthy habits. We will show youth basic fitness exercises! This event is open to all youth ages 7–17 years old. Refreshments and transportation are provided for this event.
