The purpose of this RFP is to solicit a General Contractor to Design-build (10) Ten low-income 3 bedroom / 2-bathroom homes and (3) Three low-income 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom with minimal off-site improvements. To be completed within one hundred (180) days from breaking ground. This project is funded by a HUD ICDBG grant and must be compliant to their minimal standards
