Learning the facts “Substance Abuse Prevention”

10 eligible TANF Youth (1&2 or 3&4) who are currently 13 to 18yrs of age will be invited to participate in Thermal FPS Youth Department’s “Learning the facts” Substance abuse Prevention Workshop With Wayne Nelson from RSBCIHI Behavior health Program. Prevention programs are essential for reducing the incidence of substance use and its associated harms, fostering healthier communities, and promoting long-term well-being. This presentation will delve into the strategies, benefits, and implementation of effective prevention programs. This event will take place on Nov 4,18 / 2025 Dec/ 2,9,16 / 2025  from 4pm to 5pm in the TANF classroom.
