High School Check-In

The event will offer Youth participants the opportunity to learn how to read High School transcripts. Facilitator will educate Youth on the importance of working diligently at school to earn good grades for each class. Correlation will be made between grades earned and HS Transcripts to help students understand the implications that will be made once grades are finalized and recorded on HS Transcripts. High School students will also learn the number of HS Credits needed to graduate. In addition, students will learn how many credits should be earned by the end of their Freshmen year; Sophomore year, Junior year and Senior year. Last, students will have the opportunity to share how many HS Credits they have earned year-to-date and how many more credits they will need to be eligible to graduate from high school.
