Tutoring 2024/2025 School Academic Year

Tutoring Begin: As requested by October 1, 2024 starting services and June 6, 2025; also until spaces are filled. There will be videos that clients will watch and forms that will also be completed at the end.) Forms can also be mailed to clients in one-to-one cases, as some families prefer this method.
In addition to on-site tutoring will be as follows:
(Wednesday’s grades 9-12 and Thursday’s grades K-5) (TANF Classroom)
- 3:00 to 3:05pm (Sign in)
- 3:05 to 4:55pm – tutoring session will be in process.
- 4:55 pm – refreshments will be given to youth.
- 5:00pm – end of tutoring day. (Youth will be dismissed and transported home)
Staff will ensure the TANF classroom is cleaned after youth are dismissed.

Tentative Schedule: Tutoring will be for in-home (5 groups): October 1, 2024 to June 6, 2025. Parents for tutoring will determine their own schedule (dates and times) with the tutor outside of school hours Monday- Sunday. Estimated time range Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 8pm.
