Let’s Protect our self

Young children are naturally curious and may not fully understand the potential risks associated with strangers, this is called vulnerability. Developing safety skills recognizing potentially unsafe situations, and knowing how to say no and seeking help if needed can help them build confidence in potentially dangerous situations. We will watch a Youtube video called: A friendly stranger and Bella meets a stranger.We will then discuss what’s on the video. These videos are geared to help youth visualize what a potentially dangerous situation can look like.
