Famine Hygiene Via Zoom

7 eligible Females TANF Youth (1&2 or 3&4) who are currently 11 to 13yrs of age will be invited to participate in Thermal site FPS Youth Department’s “Education Prevention Session: Famine Hygiene Via Zoom.” The Female youth will benefit from attending the workshop by learning several Good personal hygiene practices to help stop youth from getting sick, spreading germs, prevent infections, and body lice, Etc. With project organizer and 2 Additional FPS, co-facilitator.
- The Fundamentals that will be covered: Washing hands, Showering, Clipping Nails, Applying Deodorant, Brushing Teeth, Flossing, washing clothes, Using Sanitizer, Etc.
The Session will consist of Female youth getting a chance to planning and managing time for developing and maintain a new routine for self-care and budget as a household expense. The 3 FPS staff will go over application or applying items from a Hygiene Supplies that will be given during the Session. After reviewing Hygiene Items and the Q&A portions. Youth then will fill out evaluations before they log off. Fps staff will coordinate with Transportation Department for deliver times and address information.
